Освен практическото изпълнение на формите, трябва да се знаят терминология на техниките от формите, тяхното предназначение, както и особеностите при тяхното изпълнение.

I дан – Черен колан

Чунг-Му:

  • Е псевдонима на великия адмирал Юи Сун-Шина – изобретил първия боен кораб /през 1592г./, пра образът на съвременната подводница. Формата завършва с атака с лявата ръка, символизирайки преждевременната смърт на адмирала, попречила му да изрази своята пълна лоялност към краля.
